Jasin Trip
Thank You again and again Mr Chong Wan Choon, Josh for inviting us to your house for the weekend and provide us with transportation as well.
Okey for those who missed out the trip, we started going there at around 2 in the afternoon. Reaching around 45 minutes later, the place is kinda deserted, isolated and there's no signal except for 013. Well, his house is actually a "Manager's Bungalow" for a oil palm plantation. Quite an old building, the compound is quite big. There's even a place for a badminton court as well as houses for the workers at the back. It's quite a nice place, my dad would like a place like that. Letting him recall the memories when he was young staying in Pulak Tikus.
Anyway...did enjoy ourselves play badminton, and his dad even organizes a chess competition with prizes for us. I only manage to finish the first round, and lose to Bing Zang on the 2nd round. The game ended on the 2nd day where "Nokia" got in 1st. Actually we went there only realised that it coincides with Josh's youngest brother's (Wan Kang) birthday. Got BBQ, birthday cake,big2 and Josh doing solo concert in front of us.
In the evenings when everyone's here (total 18 of us), Josh's dad bring us to visit the orchid farm managed by Josh's mom. It's quite a huge place for orchid nursery. There are so many different kinda orchids there, the famous one that is common to us is the one named Sonia. Oh yeah, that ah Yap have really made people laugh till stomach burst. He have took motor license before. But he stepped on the gear with his right leg. He's that blur making such a humilation. He have made another few jokes throught the 24 hours. But i can't really remember the rest.
The funny part is that when chyoli is being bullied by a bunch of 12-year-olds. So cute of him that playing around with those childrens. He blended so well with those kids that i feel not much people of my age can do. He can make anyone cheer up at anytime with his unique one of a kind joke.
This morning, we went to Josh's Dad oil palm plantation. He shows us how to take down those oil palm with a special blade attached to a 8kg metal stick. The whole group also get the chance to try that out. We even have a friend who imitate, assuming himself as a plantation manager. As a friend, can't elaborate much about that.
We spent around RM150 just for one day's meal. His dad treat us and provided us with accomodation and bringing us around the place. It's really been a good experience. Glad to have such a friend.
p/s: I just realised how Josh got his talents in telling lies and talk for hours. Cheating in the form of a joke comes from his dad's blood, while talking for hours is being learnt from his mom. I wonder if people will say the same when they meet my parents.
