Yasir Arafat Dies at 75

When your country is not strong and solid, even if you're their leader your burial ground will be determined by ur enimies. That's what our Deputy Prime Minister Najib Razak mentioned to the media yesterday. He hopes that we can learn from the Palestinian. Yasir Arafat was being buried in Jerusalem, Israel instead of Palestine where he hold's the support of the people.

I just learnt that this strong man was a Noble Prize winner back in 1994 for keeping peace in the Middle East. It's sad that he died of old age, which is quite a loss to the people there. Something that happens a few days before their Hari Raya, really unfortunate.

I've found a Flash for the Obituary in New York Times quite informative. You can have a look if you're interested. Go to The New York Times and click on the Obituaries section. Savior so most, Satan to some...u'll certainly make enimies if you want to go up the top. Well, here's another report on Philadelphia Inquirer. Ashes to Ashes, Dust to Dust, May your soul rest in peace old chap.

hueng, u have given wrong info to ur readers. The late Yasser Arafat was buried at Cairo, Egypt where he was borned although he wanted to be laid to rest in Jerusalem, Israel. The burial ground has no connection with Palestine at all.

Readers do refer to this CNN website http://www.cnn.com/2004/WORLD/meast/11/11/arafat.main/
