We read about Cirnelle’s comment about how couples should really dress up and go out for a dinner some time as to strengthen the bond in between them. Yeah, we did take that in another manner, a more cost-efficient, yet romantic kinda way.

She got back from Kulim, Kedah (about 50km from Penang) and drop by KFC to get some chicken meal. When I got back, we went up into our room, turn off the lights, and switch on a small table lamp so that we can see what we’re eating. We sat ourselves on the floor and chat along while enjoying the finger-licking-good meal. It’s really one of a kind experience, imagining stars on the ceiling, and we are safe from mosquito bites, as well as other predators that might be hiding in the grass.

Note: Not that we the kind that like to stay indoors. But with both of us working and time we have for each other is limited. We’ll just have to make do with what we have, like what she says, “Wherever I am doesn’t matter, as long as you are with me”.
