Malfunction Fan

Location: Hueng's Room
Problem: Fan not working, found some sparking sound on the voltage regulator
Action Taken:
- Swap regulator with another room -> Still not working
- Spin the fan's flipper's manually
- Operational

Damn that old man!!! Buy all those cheapo stuffs to build his house... never did he consider about the problems that he have to face for the next 20 years.
Lesson learn: Be confident and understand everything that you buy, use and keep.
